How it Began

After more than 15 years in progressively responsible roles in a variety of public and private organizations, I focused the next 10 years on leading the development of senior management and executives to achieve results through execution on sound business strategy and successful change management planning in both organic and acquisitive high-growth, dynamic retailers.  

It was imperative that we managed to culture stability and that leadership was poised for record-breaking growth that occurred in extremely short timelines.   This afforded me numerous opportunities to continually evolve my craft to support a variety of organizations, situations and personalities.
